• Custom orders or special materials may require a deposit or full payment upfront.

• Payment terms are due upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   
• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, ACH, Bank Transfer, Check, etc.
   

• Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Woodland Construction Products LLC is not responsible for delays due to third-party carriers, weather, or supply chain disruptions.
   
• Customers are responsible for receiving, unloading, and inspecting all deliveries at the time of arrival.
   
• Any discrepancies or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
   

• All sales are final. Woodland Construction Products LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
   
• Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
   
• We recommend contacting us with any questions about products prior to placing an order.
   

• We do not manufacture the products we supply and therefore pass through any applicable manufacturer warranties.
   
• Woodland Construction Products LLC is not liable for damages, delays, or project losses caused by material performance, installation errors, or misuse.
